Our terms for refunds and subscription cancellations.

This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of TFA subscription services. By subscribing to our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Full Refund Eligibility:
  • Refunds are available if requested within 14 days of initial purchase and:
  • You have not substantially used the Services
  • You are canceling due to a significant service issue we cannot resolve
Partial Refund or Credit:
  • We may offer partial refunds or account credits for:
  • Billing errors
  • Extended service outages (beyond our SLA)
  • Documented feature issues that significantly impact your use
Not Eligible for Refund:
  • Requests made after 14 days from purchase
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Downgrades or plan changes (service continues until period ends)
  • Unused subscription time after cancellation

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. **Contact Support:** Email support@taskfirstautomation.com with subject "Refund Request"
  1. **Include Required Information:**
  2. - Your account email address
  3. - Transaction date and amount
  4. - Reason for refund request
  5. - Any relevant documentation
  1. **Response Time:**
  2. - We will respond within 3 business days
  3. - Additional information may be requested
  1. **Decision:**
  2. - We will notify you of our decision
  3. - Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method:

  • **Credit/Debit Card:** 5-10 business days
  • **Bank Transfer:** 5-10 business days
  • **Account Credit:** Applied immediately

Note: Processing times depend on your financial institution and may take longer.

Subscription Cancellation

How to Cancel:
  • Go to Account Settings > Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm your cancellation
After Cancellation:
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made
  • Your data remains accessible during this period
  • Data is deleted 30 days after subscription ends
Reactivation:
  • You can reactivate within 30 days to restore your data
  • After 30 days, data cannot be recovered

Annual Subscription Terms

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year:

Early Cancellation:
  • You may cancel at any time
  • No prorated refunds for unused months
  • Access continues until the annual period ends
Renewal:
  • Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • We send a reminder 30 days before renewal
  • Cancel before renewal date to avoid charges

Enterprise and Custom Plans

Enterprise and custom-priced plans may have different terms:

  • Refund terms are specified in your contract
  • Contact your account manager for refund requests
  • Custom SLA terms may apply

If you have an enterprise agreement, please refer to that document for refund terms.

Payment Disputes

If you believe there's an error in billing:

  1. Contact us first at support@taskfirstautomation.com
  2. We will investigate and correct any errors
  3. Provide transaction details and explanation
Chargebacks:
  • If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us:
  • Your account may be suspended
  • You may be responsible for chargeback fees
  • We may pursue the disputed amount

We prefer to resolve issues directly and fairly.
