Telephony Provider (Dialer):
  • When you use our Dialer features, the following data is shared with our telephony provider to deliver call services:
  • Caller and recipient phone numbers
  • Call duration, status, and timestamps
  • Voicemail recordings (if voicemail is enabled)
  • Your provisioned phone number(s) Our telephony provider processes this data in accordance with applicable telecommunications regulations and their own privacy policies.
WhatsApp Business Integration:
  • When you use our WhatsApp messaging features, the following data may be shared with Meta:
  • Recipient phone numbers
  • Message content (via pre-approved templates)
  • Delivery status and read receipts
  • Your WhatsApp Business Account information Meta processes this data according to their WhatsApp Business Terms and Privacy Policy.
Business Purposes:
  • With your organization's administrators (for enterprise accounts)
  • With other users in your organization (as configured by your settings)
Legal Requirements:
  • To comply with applicable laws or legal processes
  • To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
