- When you use our Dialer features, the following data is shared with our telephony provider to deliver call services:
- Caller and recipient phone numbers

- Voicemail recordings (if voicemail is enabled)
- Your provisioned phone number(s) Our telephony provider processes this data in accordance with applicable telecommunications regulations and their own privacy policies.
- When you use our WhatsApp messaging features, the following data may be shared with Meta:
- Recipient phone numbers
- Message content (via pre-approved templates)
- Delivery status and read receipts
- Your WhatsApp Business Account information Meta processes this data according to their WhatsApp Business Terms and Privacy Policy.
- With your organization's administrators (for enterprise accounts)
- With other users in your organization (as configured by your settings)
- To comply with applicable laws or legal processes
- To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
