Guidelines for appropriate use of TFA services.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited uses of TFA's Services. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use our Services to:
Illegal Activities:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Facilitate illegal transactions or activities
- Evade taxes or engage in money laundering
- Distribute illegal content or materials
Harmful Content:
- Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Distribute spam or unsolicited bulk communications
- Host or share content that promotes violence or hatred
- Share content that exploits minors
Abuse of Service:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with other users' access to the Services
- Overload our infrastructure with excessive requests
- Use automation that violates our rate limits
Communication Guidelines
When using our calling and messaging features:
Required:
- Comply with telemarketing laws (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
- Obtain proper consent before contacting individuals
- Honor opt-out requests promptly
- Identify yourself and your organization clearly
Prohibited:
- Robocalling without consent
- Spoofing caller ID with intent to defraud
- Harassing, threatening, or abusive calls
- Calls during prohibited hours (check local regulations)
Data Usage Restrictions
When storing and processing data in our Services:
You must:
- Only upload data you have the right to use
- Protect sensitive personal information appropriately
- Comply with applicable data protection laws
- Delete data when no longer needed or when requested
You must not:
- Store prohibited content (illegal, harmful materials)
- Upload data obtained through unauthorized means
- Use data for purposes not disclosed to data subjects
- Share login credentials or API keys
Security Requirements
To protect our Services and other users:
You must:
- Use strong, unique passwords
- Enable multi-factor authentication when available
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Report security vulnerabilities responsibly
You must not:
- Share accounts between multiple people
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test for vulnerabilities
- Attempt to reverse engineer our Services
- Circumvent security measures or access controls
API and Integration Usage
If using our API or integrations:
Rate Limits:
- Respect published rate limits
- Implement appropriate backoff strategies
- Cache responses where appropriate
Authentication:
- Protect API keys and tokens
- Rotate credentials periodically
- Use least-privilege access
Data Handling:
- Only request necessary data
- Handle API data per our Privacy Policy
- Delete data when access is revoked
Enforcement
We may take the following actions for violations:
Investigation:
- We may investigate suspected violations
- We may request information from you regarding your use
Actions:
- Warning or notice of violation
- Temporary suspension of access
- Permanent termination of account
- Legal action in serious cases
Reporting:
- We may report violations to:
- Law enforcement authorities
- Regulatory bodies
- Affected third parties
